Legal entity: MasterpieceFactory Inc. All trademarks, trade secrets, and intellectual property rights are owned by MasterpieceFactory Inc.
1. Subsite Terms of Service
You are granted a limited license to operate a subsite. You may not use it for illegal activities. Company retains rights to terminate for violation. You indemnify Company against claims.
2. Marketplace Policy
Prohibited items: illegal goods, adult content, hate speech, pyramid schemes, IP‑infringing items. Points have no cash value. Refunds: 14 days for physical goods, none for digital unless defective.
3. Points & Rewards Policy
Points earned via surveys, farm contributions, labour, bottle returns. Points expire after 12 months inactivity. Fraud leads to forfeiture.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
No spam, scraping, impersonation, illegal transactions, points manipulation. Violations may result in ban.
5. Privacy Policy
We collect name, email, phone, location (with consent), transaction data. We do not sell data. You may request deletion. Data retained as required by law.
6. Release of Liability, Waiver, Assumption of Risks
You waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue, for any injury or damage arising from activities. You assume all risks.
7. End User License Agreement (EULA)
Limited license to use the app. No reverse engineering. No warranty. Limitation of liability.
8. Master BaKa License – Trade Secret & Licensing Agreement
The Company’s Methods (SoundLogic™, TaOnGoDo™, etc.) are confidential trade secrets. Non‑disclosure, non‑competition. Unauthorized commercial use triggers $5,000 per creation or 8% royalty.
9. Supplemental Delivery & Marketplace Terms
Fetchers are independent contractors. Platform not liable for indirect damages. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration (ADR Institute of Canada). No class actions. Cancellation fees may apply. Prohibited items: drugs, firearms, hazardous materials.
